A Warehouse Supervisor is required to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of automotive components. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer-focused solutions, this company is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support continued growth.
Key responsibilities include –
- Supervise and coordinate a small team, including warehouse operatives, counterbalance FLT drivers, and yard workers
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and yard operations
- Operate a counterbalance forklift (valid, in-date licence required)
- Manage stock transactions using an MRP system
- Attend and contribute to daily management meetings
- Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Support hands-on tasks in the warehouse and yard as needed
Ideal skills & experience –
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, practical approach with a “lead by example” attitude
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence
- Familiarity with MRP systems (Priority experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing priorities

- Starting salary of £30-35k

- Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm / 7am – 3pm
