to join a leading manufacturing business, supporting the management of warranty claims, and returned products across the UK, EU, and Ireland. Working within the Quality team, you’ll act as the main contact for internal warranty activity, ensuring claims are processed efficiently, data is accurate, and departments are aligned. Warranty Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Processing and coordinating warranty claims from receipt to closure.
- Liaising with design, manufacturing, and test teams to progress actions.
- Maintaining the warranty database and ensuring accurate data capture.
- Preparing clear and concise reports for management review.
- Analysing warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting documentation control and internal process improvements.
Warranty Coordinator – skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role - Warranty Engineer etc.
- Background in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Understanding of warranty processes and quality documentation.
- Logical, methodical, and commercially aware approach.
- Ideally qualified in a Quality or Engineering-related discipline.
