Warranty Engineer responsibilities include –
- Managing all warranty claims, product returns, and complaint investigations.
- Coordinating testing, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Leading internal and external communication on warranty issues until closure.
- Reporting on warranty trends and ensuring accurate data in the system.
- Supporting PFMEA and control plan updates based on real-world issues.
Warranty Engineer – skills and experience:
- Previous experience in warranty, customer complaints, or quality engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and customer standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
- Confident analysing and presenting data using Excel and reporting tools.
- Ideally qualified in a Quality or Engineering-related discipline.
