In brief, it’s a sales environment and you will be working to targets. You will focus on finding the right candidates for jobs by assessing their ambitions, skills and potential against a client’s requirements; winning new business and maintaining relationships with your existing clients and candidates
Recruitment is very interesting and the types of roles you will work on, candidates you will speak to and client contacts will vary so there is no one day that is the same.
ASC predominantly focus on providing recruitment solutions for the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors as well as Supply Chain & Procurement sectors. Everyone who joins ASC as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will work through a structured 12 week programme. It is a mix of on the job and module based learning that gives you a full introduction to recruitment.
Throughout the programme and beyond you will be given full support and guidance from your manager and all colleagues. Once you have completed the programme you will still undertake training to continue to develop your knowledge and progress your career.
